Round 1: Make a chain of 80, then join with a slip stitch to form a circle. Chain 4, skip a chain, 1 dc into the next chain, ch1, skip next chain, repeat around. Join with a slip stitch into the 3rd chain. (80 stitches)
Round 2: Chain 3 (counts as a dc), 2 dc into the next ch-space, 1 dc into the next dc st, repeat around. Join with a slip stitch into the 3rd chain. (120 stitches)
Ruffle:
Change to color B.
Row 1: Join yarn into the chain-space, ch3, make 3 dc into the same space, make 4 dc into the next chain-space, repeat around the chest. Join with a slip stitch into the 3rd chain.
